Created with the goal of giving new value to the forgotten parts of the plant, it is made exclusively from raspberry leaves grown on the Massimiliano Biaggioli Farm, founded in 2013 in the Cimini Mountains in Viterbo.
In summer, the time of maximum vegetative development, they are hand-picked to preserve the fragrant scent and delicate herbaceous flavor, which with a slow infusion will be transferred to the herbal tea.

Raspberry leaf herbal tea has been known since Antiquity as the “tisane of Venus.” According to legend, it was the goddess of beauty who discovered the raspberry plant on Mount Ida in Crete and gave it to men, who have since called it by its botanical name Rubus Idaeus, “bramble of Mount Ida.”
Inspired by this story, on a summer morning in 2016 Massimiliano Biaggioli admired the beautiful leaves of his raspberry plants and pondered how to enhance their value, promising himself that he would work to create a unique, original and innovative product.
